ABOUT ME
I am originally from Scotland but have called Christchurch home for the past 13 years, my husband and I fell in love with the kiwi way of life and all that Christchurch has to offer, we have two children and love to spend our time outdoors exploring. I feel at peace immersed in nature, sunrise swims in the ocean are the ultimate start to the day for me and I try and get there once a week in the summer months. As a family we love to go camping and explore the Port Hills and local beaches.
My journey to becoming a reflexologist really started when I became a mum back in 2016. It was during this time that I truly learned the importance of self care and living a balanced and healthy life not just in the physical sense but in mind and spirit too. I resigned from my job and went on a bit of an exploration of ways I could support my body in maintaining good health. It was while I was at a massage course that I was introduced to reflexology, I was immediately so intrigued and knew this was the therapy for me. I found the Canterbury School of Reflexology and as they say "the rest is history!"
Reflexology has supported me in many ways and I love being able to share this with so many people, creating a peaceful and soothing space for my clients to receive reflexology and to reconnect to self is so fulfilling and brings me so much joy.
